FAQs

The rule of thumb is cleaning time. Below roughly 1,000 square metres per shift a walk-behind unit is cheaper to buy and easier to store. Above that, an operator walking the floor becomes the bottleneck and a ride-on machine pays for itself in labour.

It changes it completely. Fine dust needs a filtration system that a machine built for gravel and leaf litter does not have, and wet debris rules out a dry sweeper entirely. Specify the debris before specifying the machine.

Indoor work constrains emissions and noise, which usually points to battery power. Outdoor yard cleanup tolerates a combustion engine and demands more robust brushes and a larger hopper. A machine chosen for one is rarely right for the other.

Sweeping width sets the theoretical rate. Hopper capacity sets the real one, because every trip to empty the hopper stops the work. On a dusty site a wide machine with a small hopper is slower in practice than a narrow one with a large hopper.

It sells to the same facility managers and contractors who already buy compact loaders and dumpers, and it is not seasonal, which makes it a useful counterweight to snow and grounds-care lines that only move for part of the year.

Area cleaned per shift, indoor or outdoor use, debris type and whether it is wet or dry, power preference, quantity, and whether the inquiry is for fleet, resale, or direct project use.
