Quotes and Orders
All quotations are subject to model availability, technical confirmation, freight assumptions, and the specific commercial terms stated in the applicable proforma invoice or written quotation.
An order is considered accepted only after TerraCub confirms the specification, quantity, pricing, and payment arrangement in writing.
Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, pricing is quoted in USD. Freight, insurance, destination charges, taxes, duties, and local compliance costs may be handled separately depending on the agreed Incoterm and destination.
Standard payment terms, where offered, are described in the quotation or invoice. Any deposit, balance schedule, or banking instruction should be confirmed directly with TerraCub before payment is made.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and transit timelines are planning estimates only and can change due to supply conditions, order customization, inspection timing, port congestion, customs review, carrier schedules, or force majeure events.
Shipping responsibility, freight booking scope, and transfer of risk are determined by the Incoterm or delivery terms confirmed in the final order documents.
Inspection and Acceptance
Buyers should review model details, dimensions, engine configuration, and optional features before final approval. On receipt, shipments should be inspected promptly for shipping damage, shortages, or visible defects.
Any issue should be reported with supporting photos, video, and shipment details within a commercially reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Warranty and Support
Warranty support, spare parts coverage, and remedy scope depend on the specific model, agreed warranty terms, and the nature of the issue. TerraCub may request maintenance history, serial details, images, or video to evaluate a claim.
Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, and damage caused during third-party handling may be excluded from coverage.
Trade References
Trade references may be provided for qualified dealer or wholesale discussions at TerraCub's discretion and subject to customer confidentiality obligations. If references are requested, please include your company profile, target order volume, and market focus in your email.
